15 - Day Return / Refund Policy-
You have 15 days from the date you've received your order to request a return due to damages or issues. We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for change of mind or wrong size. Our pieces are one of a kind so please check your size before placing an order with us.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, in original packaging, unused and unworn. Please also provide us with your digital receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages or Issues-
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Please note chipped or broken stones are not eligible for a return, as this can occur with normal wear and tear and is not considered a design flaw.
Certain items are non-returnable, including items marked as damaged or sale items with imperfections. Contact us if you have questions about specific items.
We do not accept returns on sale items or items purchased with gift cards.
Exceptions-
We only accept returns for damaged or faulty products that are a direct result of a maker's error.
Refunds-
Once we receive and inspect your return (please note customers are expected to pay for parcels being returned) we will notify you of its approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note if may take your bank or credit card company additional time to process the refund.
